In a fitting finale to a year that saw her crack Chile’s Top 20 most-played artists, Bby Lean transformed North Music‘s iconic Recoleta studio into her personal sanctuary last week. The December 13 showcase, aptly titled “Lo Real Nunca Muere,” brought together 100 of the scene’s most influential figures for an evening that celebrated both her past achievements and future vision.
The event, hosted in collaboration with Epicentro Records, turned North Music – already famous for its towering murals of Chilean hip-hop legends – into an art installation worthy of its headliner. A crashed car filled with roses served as a striking centerpiece, while a mannequin sporting Bby Lean’s “Caviar” video costume added to the exhibition-like atmosphere. The musical journey began with Vicente Pistola warming up the crowd, building anticipation for Bby Lean’s electrifying performance.
The carefully curated guest list included some of Chilean urban music’s most respected names, including producer DBS, Nass G, Jay Smoke, and was documented by renowned photographer Benjamín Ortiz. The evening culminated in the premiere of her “Caviar” video, followed by an intimate meet-and-greet session with fans – a gesture that reinforced Bby Lean’s connection with her growing audience.
